I am so thrilled that we have a date and all confirmed for our first ever mother daughter retreat This has been requested by so many of you and I am delighted to have the most special weekend organised.

Mother Daughter Over Night Retreat- I am so thrilled and excited to have all the details come together to bring this gorgeous overnight experience for Mums & Daughters aged 6-12 years
Crafting, nature, partner yoga, reflexology, Firepit, bonding, fun, relaxation, overnight in an Irish cottage, attunement and present moment connection are the goals.

Arrive early Saturday afternoon for check in at An Creagan, and the beautiful surrounds of the Sperrin Mountains just outside Omagh, Co Tyrone. Every mum and daughter(s) will have their own room with goody bags and will stay in a rustic, Irish cottage nestled in the forest with other mums and daughters.
Saturday afternoon will begin with a crafting session in the barn after a delightful afternoon tea of scones, tray bakes tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There will then be scheduled downtime, built in to rest and explore the area at your own pace with your daughter.
Saturday evening will have us come together in the Gather Restaurant on site, to a beautiful sit down meal as a group followed by a relaxing reflexology session with the fabulous Shannon from Ebb & Flow Reflexology. We will finish off Saturday at the forest fire pit-toasting marshmallow, popcorn snacks and writing love letters under the stars whilst learning from our daughters the art of loom band making.
Sunday morning will begin with breakfast at the restaurant followed by a body based session led by Tara focused on partner poses, fun, playfulness and a mother daughter meditation. We will then enjoy a last workshop together. The retreat will draw to a close with a board walk together and finish off at the fire pit playing in the wild woods, chatting and completing our closing circle. Check out is from 11.30am

Accommodation- A mix of 1,2,3 bedroom Irish Stone cottages nestled in the forest. These self catering cottages will have each mum an daughter in their own room (double bed) but with a shared bathroom and living space. (if you wish for your on cottage please reply and this can be provided at an additional cost)

What is the retreat?
-The over night retreat will focus on mummy & daughter(s) presence & connection;
Designed for girls who enjoy being creative – this is a beautiful space for mum to enjoy their daughters interests, personality and self together in a held space hosted by Pretzel Play
What it involves;
All food included- afternoon tea, dinner, firepit snacks and breakfast
Connection focused Pretzel Play classes focusing on partner poses, yoga and guided meditation together with hand massages, colouring self portraits and lots of fun and connection opportunities
Writing love letters to each other
Enjoying loom band making- pure present moment creativity that is fun and playful
Reflexology session
Time at the fire pit- tea or coffee for the mums and s’mores and chats for everyone #goodtimes #mumdaughtertime
Investment?
£275 for a mother and daughter (£75pp for additional daughters) sharing a double room in a self catering Irish cottage and afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast included.

Girls aged approx (primary 3) aged 6-11 years with a carer/ mum
Mums & daughters looking to laugh and smile together and have fun in a beautiful relaxed venue
Kids needing 1:1 connection and time with a mum /caregiver or if your a working parent and crave time in a held space that allows for boding, relaxation and being with your daughter
