Summer Shred 8 Week OUTDOOR Bootcamp Challenge!

Our Summer Shred Body Transformation CHALLENGE is here!
This is our biggest, and most jam-packed, challenge of the year!

All classes (weather permitting) will be outside; so not only will you get in your best shape yet - but you'll get a nice tan too!
​
This Challenge will feature two classes outdoors every week - Saturday mornings, and Wednesday evenings - that will be fun, challenging, and inspiring!
​
You will also get a new, custom meal plan, accountability group chat, and SO much more. We're going to be doing new things that we haven't done in challenges before, and utilizing as many ways to help you reach your goals as possible!
