Set aside your day to day reality for 24 Hours as we dive into nature, roll our bellies with laughter, dance, sing, play, explore, and connect with other beautiful divine feminine humans.
You will leave Flow & Fire Camp rejuvenated, reconnected with your heart, a flow of confidence, new found soul sisters, and a true connection to joy that you can marinade in and share with the world.
24 hours of playful and honest sisterhood all set on the magical land of Misty Meadows.
Fire & Flow is an interactive play camp for YOU, about YOU, and co-created by YOU!
With equal parts rejuvenation, personal retreat, Summer Camp for Adults, this is intended to be playfully intimate gathering of the Flow & Fire Sisterhood! 24 HOURS OF MAGIC 💜

Friday Evening:
Camp site set up begins at 5:00
Following tent set up will be a sisterhood pot luck dinner. Please bring a prepared dish to share. Refrigeration is unavailable! Bring a labeled cooler for anything you require for the duration of our time together.
Gather for a barefoot meditation to the labyrinth. The remainder of the evening will be filled with song, drumming, story telling, sharing, and dancing around the fire.
Saturday will be filled with activities, pockets of stillness, cup filling, play, and more!!
Once registered you will receive an email with a detailed agenda and information of your time at Flow & Fire Camp.
