About the event

Sunset Yoga + Yogic Sleep Meditation
Join us for a peaceful evening of movement and meditation as the sun sets over Lake Delta. This 75 minute class begins with gentle yoga to open the body and quiet the mind, followed by a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (yogic sleep meditation) to ground you in calm and clarity.


✨ All levels welcome

🌅 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel to practice on

💛 This is a "pay what you can" offering with a $10 minimum. Suggested contribution: $20-$30.


There is NO vehicle entrance fee for this event. A portion of your payment will be donated to the Park.
