Hi everyone! I’m Mark, I’m new to the group and excited to be here.
I’m a personal trainer and the founder of CoreBox Fitness, where I run Box Fit classes for all levels.

Box Fit is about more than just getting in shape, it’s a great way to manage stress, build strength, and be part of a supportive, fun community. I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, fitter, and more confident – all while having a good time doing it!

All my classes are located at KGV main hall in Effingham, Leatherhead and you can use promo code COREBOX1 to claim your first session free.

Every Saturday 10am till 10.45am, max 10 adults per class.
