Woodland Wellbeing Course at Tallis Wood

Join us on our upcoming 7-week Woodland Wellbeing course in the beautiful Tallis Wood just outside Leamington Spa. It will run from 3rd September to 15th October, every Wednesday 10am til 2.45pm. Autumn is a lovely time of year to be out in the woods!
The course is aimed at people struggling with their mental or physical health, feeling isolated, or on a pathway out of addiction. It will offer you an opportunity to connect with nature, and with others facing similar challenges in a supportive environment. We can help you to find further activities into your local community to stay connected after the course.
The course is FREE (funded by South Warwickshire NHS and other health partners). Refreshments are provided. We offer a free taxi pick up from Leamington Station to the woodland site if you don't have your own transport.
