Art and Nature for Baby Loss

You are warmly invited to a free monthly support group for baby loss, creating art in a peaceful garden.

It is a chance to honour memories, process emotions and support healing through creativity, wherever you are on your journey.

Art therapy offers a quiet space to explore our emotions through creative expression. Ephemeral art therapy — when we make temporary art in nature — offers a very special kind of healing, through the act of making and letting go. It’s art that doesn’t need to last to matter.

Guided by a trained art therapist, the sessions are all about process over product, presence over perfection. There’s no need to be ‘good’ at art. No pressure to speak.

Just the freedom to create, feel and release, in a gentle, supportive environment — and the chance for a chat over a cup of tea at the end!

You are welcome here just as you are. No experience needed — only openness. You are guaranteed a warm welcome, and the company of other bereaved parents who understand.
