Reset: Alignment

Reset: Alignment is a gentle gathering designed to help you align your body, mind, and energy to your evolving needs. Through guided rest, grounding practices, and intentional reflection, you’ll create space to release what feels off and reconnect with what matters most. Your experience includes a 2–3 hour guided workshop, light snacks and refreshments, and a brief 1:1 coaching check-in to support your personal reset. Come as you are. Leave feeling centered, supported, and aligned.
