Grow: Intention

Grow: Intention is a gathering focused on clarifying what seeds you want to plant in the season ahead. Through gentle practices, guided reflection, and a supportive circle, you’ll identify what deserves your energy and set intentions that feel aligned and sustainable. Your experience includes a 2–3 hour guided workshop, light snacks and refreshments, and a brief 1:1 coaching check-in to support your personal growth.
