Grow:Roots

Grow: Roots is a gathering designed to strengthen what you’ve already begun. This experience supports stability, resilience, and nervous-system regulation as you deepen your connection to the habits, values, and practices that help you gain strength to grow. Your experience includes a 2–3 hour guided workshop, light snacks and refreshments, and a brief 1:1 coaching check-in to supported steady growth.
