1 mile run, 3 mile bike ride, 5 length swim
Categories: 10-20 Male and Female, 20-49 Male and Female, 50+ Male and Female, or Relay Team

$30 individual
$80 Relay
Include race fee, t-shirt (by guarantee date), breakfast, water, and sports drink

Register by June 27th to guarantee a t-shirt
