Easy Does It Yoga with Joan Robinson

Easy Does It Yoga is a beginner-friendly chair-yoga class designed to meet all students where they are.

We will learn breathing and meditation techniques coupled with gentle stretches while seated in ordinary chairs. We will learn how to adapt these postures for our bodies' individual needs.

Instructor Joan Robinson obtained her 200 hour teaching certificate at Mount Madonna Institute in Santa Cruz, California and also has additional training in functional yoga.

Chair yoga for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing! For ages 18+.
