• Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, light blanket, notebook, intention😍 and anything that makes you feel comfortable
•If you wear eye contacts, please bring a storage container with you, you will have to temporarily remove them to use Sananga 👁️ 💧
• If you are taking hormonal or sedative medications please let us know🙏🏼
•Please also let us know if you have any allergic reactions to foods or spices, in which case we can prepare a specific recipe for you 🙏🏼
• We recommend not eating a few hours before the ceremony (at least 2-3 hours) and if longer, the better for your connection with plant medicine. Please drink more water during the day 🙏🏼
•If you have your own self-applicator (Kuripe ) for hapé, please bring it with you. You will have the option to be administered or be trained to use the applicator yourself 🙏🏼🌱
•Plant medicine and tools will be available for sale after the ceremony as well
