Ancestral Voices: A Forrest Yoga Weekend Workshop

Join Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco for a powerful weekend of Forrest Yoga, ceremony, music, and deep healing. Known for their unique blend of intense asana, live music, and ritual, Ana and Jose weave together their personal journeys and connections to Indigenous traditions in a way that encourages students to reconnect with Spirit and purpose.

Each session is designed to ignite the body, soothe the nervous system, and build a sense of community through mindful movement and intentional ceremony. This immersive weekend includes dynamic classes like Uncoiling the Maha Kundalini, Spiritual Baptism, and Connecting to Great Spirit, each infused with live music and sacred intent.
