FREE Stars, Stripes & Stroller Strides

It's time to celebrate Independence Day at FIT4MOM! Join us for a fun class on July 2nd filled with stars, stripes & Stroller Strides fun at Sagecrest Park.

**This class is FREE to all Las Cruces moms! Bring a friend!**

Bring your stroller, water, a yoga mat (or towel), and anything your kiddo needs. We'll meet in the grass near the playground at Sagecrest Park. And stick around after class for a FREE toddler-friendly playgroup craft.
