Heal & Restore: Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga

Receive the healing experience of sound washing over and through the body as you find inner peace in restorative yoga postures.

New to Sound Healing or Restorative Yoga?

The singing bowls Theresa utilizes in her sound healings are from Nepal and made of a special seven metal alloy of gold, silver, iron, mercury, tin, copper, and lead. Each metal represents one of the seven chakras and the bowls are fine tuned to affect individual chakras, encouraging our bodies to move closer to their natural state as they align through healing frequencies.

Restorative yoga a soothing practice that utilizes the support of props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) to allow for deeply restful postures with little to no muscular sensation that are held for several minutes, giving the body time to really release into each shape.
