This immersive experience blends guided silent breathwork with Yoga Nidra, a deep meditative rest practice. Using noise-canceling headphones and an eye mask, you’ll be gently guided through your own internal journey — quieting the mind, calming the body, and opening space for emotional release and reconnection.

Whether you’re brand new to this work or returning to your practice, all are welcome here.
