UMBC Community Concert- Bring A Lawn Chair

This one-day summer Gospel and Jazz Concert event at UMBC takes place on Saturday, June 28th and features live music from a great lineup of musicians and some fantastic local food. Admission is free, and the event is open to all.

Bring a lawn chair and join us in the parking lot at 500 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Lansing, from 12 pm to 7 pm. An inspiring blend of gospel and jazz awaits you.

The lineup includes some of the area’s most, prominent gospel and jazz artists, including 496 West, ­Shantelle Hawkins and Terrence Hawkins, Leafar Village, Demetrius Nabors, Angela Davis

We strongly believe in helping people discover and fulfill their God-given purpose and want you to know that there’s always a place for you here in our community of faith. We invite you to come and explore, learn, heal, celebrate, and embrace God’s goodness. We offer inspirational Sunday Services, classes, workshops, and other opportunities to join with like-minded spiritual individuals.
