RI themed Wine Dinner

The start of summer seems like the perfect time to share some of our favorite Rhode Island foods. Our friend Chef Luke Szabo of Scratch Farmhouse Catering has conjured up a great menu featuring lots of our favorites. Trust us - they’re all good!! Tickets available here.

Amuse:
Rhode island oysters rhubarb mignonette and grilled with Del’s lemonade butter
Cayuga White frizzante

Starter platter:
Mini lobsta rolls
Lil Rhody’s in johnny cake crust, with RI red dipping sauce
Clam cakes and dilly bean remoulade
Dry Rose of Gamay, Chardonnay

Soup:
RI Chowda with stuffies
Pinot Gris, Chardonnay

Family Style Entree:
Greening apple salad with quince vinaigrette
Beef and pork Pie
New England style potato salad
Crispy calamari with garlic butter and pickled peppers
Twice Noir, Dry Rose of Gamay, Pinot Gris

Dessert:
Zeppole’s with coffee milk
Cabernet Franc Ice Wine
