Calling all GSNYPENN Members: Join our epic Girl Scout adventure that only happens once a year. Bring your Girl Scout(s) for a fun-packed day full of your favorite camp activities at our 16th Annual Meeting!
Paddle along Cayuga Lake, conquer the waterfall trail, unleash your creativity with arts and crafts, create your own tie-dye apparel, show off your gaga ball skills, make your mark with archery and slingshots—and so much more!
- Stock up on GSNYPENN swag at our Pop-Up Retail Shop
- Make new friends with volunteers and Girl Scouts from across our council
- Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors: Kickstart your day with our morning Leadership Program to earn an exclusive fun patch
- Daises Through Ambassadors: Earn your Outdoor Art Creator badge at our after-lunch program or keep the adventure going all afternoon Breakfast and lunch are provided. All members are invited to our business sessions to connect with staff, board members and National Council Session (NCS) Delegate nominees.
Make your voice heard on the topics that matter most! (Only Delegates may vote.) Delegates are required to attend the Business Meeting at 1:45 p.m.
Extend your adventure… Why limit your Annual Meeting experience to just one day? Arrive Friday night for an unforgettable campfire where you’ll sing songs, share memories and indulge in gooey s’mores under the stars.
- Stay overnight in one of our cozy village units
- Connect with local Girl Scout alums at Campfire Connections
- Explore Ithaca* on Friday and spend the day discovering breathtaking waterfalls, unique local attractions, cute cafés and fantastic restaurants before heading to Comstock Check-in starts at 6 p.m. Bring your sleeping bag, pillow, water bottle, lots of warm layers and other overnight essentials. Dinner is on your own; feel free to cook at camp or dine out in town.
