About the event

Finding Balance in a World that Needs Us
As we stay engaged with issues of peace and justice- locally and globally- it can be a lot to carry. The constant stream of news, need, and crisis can take a real toll on our mental and emotional balance.

During this program, therapist Lauri J. Rowe, M.A., LPC, will lead a conversation about how we can care for our mental health while staying connected to what’s happening around us. We’ll talk about ways to stay grounded and present- personally, socially, and globally- without burning out.

A Peace Education Center Program
Cost: Free program, open to all! Donations gratefully accepted.
