Summer Sound Bath Meditation with Jim Red Sky

Releasing stress is continually and increasingly being credited for contributing to wellness. Meditation holds a rightful place alongside eating well exercise and remaining mentally active as a major contributor to our overall wellbeing.

The simultaneously newfound science and ancient art of sound therapy are part of the session you will experience at a Sound Bath Meditation by Jim Red Sky.

Relax to the therapeutic tones of the Crystal Singing Bowls the drum and the Gongs creating an atmosphere where a meditative state is easily reached.

No experience required. All are welcome. Come dressed comfortably and just be in this harmonious and releasing form of meditation.
