Join us for a family friendly community pop up on Saturday June 21 2025 from 1 PM to 6 PM . This event is hosted by Tint House at 42545 Wall st 

Lancaster ca 93534 .Enjoy a day filled with fun activities for children a variety of vendors delicious food live music raffles and a car show with a chance to win prizes  . This pop up is dedicated to bring the community together while supporting local businesses. Come out and share the good vibes with us one pop up at a time .

Vendor tents size 10x10 if you're set up is 10x20 15x15 15x30 or bigger vendor fee may change.

The entry fee is $25 which gives you a chance to compete for our Vibe Trophy and cash prizes for first second and third place. Contestants must arrive by 1pm .We kindly ask that you respect the property and maintain a safe environment by refraining from doing donuts or burnouts. Car show entry fee is non refundable unless event is cancelled by coordinators. Car clubs and solo riders are welcomed. Come show what you got and vibe out with us !

Mandatory Security Search Policy for Event Attendees

To ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants it is mandatory for every attendee to undergo a security search prior to entering the event site. This policy outlines the procedures expectations and regulations concerning the search process.

Purpose:

The primary purpose of this security search is to:

• Ensure the safety of all participants staff and performers.
• Prevent prohibited items from entering the venue.
• Comply with local laws and regulations regarding public safety at events.

The mandatory security search policy is in place to protect everyone attending the event. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter as we strive to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

• Zero Tolerance:
• Firearms (including handguns rifles and shotguns)
• Knives and sharp objects (including but not limited to daggers switchblades and box cutters)
• Explosives (including fireworks and any other explosive devices)
• Self-defense items (such as pepper spray stun guns and tasers)
• Any other items that could be used to cause harm to individuals or property.

Will There Be Restrooms Available?

Yes! We want to ensure that all attendees are comfortable during the event. Restroom facilities will be available on-site including clean and well-maintained portable restrooms. Vendors will have access to Tint House restroom inside.

Can We Bring Pets?

Yes you are welcome to bring pets to the event! However we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Guidelines for Bringing Pets:

1. Family-Friendly Pets:

• All pets must be friendly and well-socialized. We want to ensure that they are comfortable around guests including children and families.

1. No Danger to Others:

• Pets must not pose any risk or danger to other attendees. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will not be tolerated.

1. Leashing and Control:

• All pets must be kept on a leash or harness and owners should maintain control of their pets at all times.

1. Clean Up After Your Pet:

• Please be responsible and clean up after your pet. Waste disposal bags will be available at designated areas and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the venue clean.

1. Health and Safety:

• Ensure your pet is in good health up to date on vaccinations and free from fleas or ticks to prevent any health issues for both pets and attendees.

1. Special Considerations:

• If your pet has any special needs or requirements please plan accordingly to ensure their comfort and well-being during the event.
