Tapping Circle for Busy Mothers

I am holding an EFT mama's tapping circle every Thursday at 10 am at Sage and Thyme Wellbeing Studio on Ullswater Road LA1 3PX. I'd love for you to come and experience the power of EFT if you feel it aligns with you 🙏🏽

Through tapping with intention on a sequence of acupressure points, we'll reduce the intensity of the everyday emotions we carry and hold as the main caregivers to our beautiful children 💜

This groups focus is on the mothers. The mothers mental load is massive and so rarely talked about, or understood by others who are not in the same position. By coming together with like-minded mamas, sharing space, communication and collective energy, we can release what no longer serves us and leave feeling acknowledged, united, and lifted. Let's reclaim our power and refill our cups so we may pour to those we love dearest ❤️
