Afternoon Soundbath (sound siesta)

This is the first in a series of afternoon Soundbaths.
They are designed for people who want a break during the day, for those whose nights are taken up with family or work.
Some of us need the sessions at different times due to shift work, childcare, or choice.
An hour of sound journeying - using gongs, drums, singing bowls and more.
