CardioBox - FREE PRIDE CLASS

We are teaming up with Lancaster Pride for this class!

We invite you to join us for a FREE, no-contact, CardioBox session on Monday, July 7th, 6-7pm!

Come strap on some boxing gloves and immediately feel strong, confident and empowered!

You'll learn some fundamentals of boxing like:
How to properly throw a punch to avoid injury!
Target strike areas on an aggressive opponent!
How to dodge and slip punches like a pro!
Footwork and combinations that will have you floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee!

We promise... you'll have so much fun and you won't even realize it's exercise, too!

We'll meet at F&M, inside the track area. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
Bring water. Bring boxing gloves if you have them.

Open to EVERYONE and ALL levels of fitness.

Although the event is free, we need a headcount, so you must register to reserve your spot!
