Arrive at Bold Hest Bank at 9AM set off at 9:15AM for a casual pace 10K run. This a social and inclusive paced run.
Volunteer led 10K group run from Bold Hest Bank to Morecambe and back again where a free coffee awaits - guided by FTB Volunteer Char Binns.
