Baby & Me Yoga

Calling all new mamas! Join us for our Baby & Me Yoga class, a sweet and supportive space to bond with your baby while nourishing your body and mind.

Led by the wonderful Sonya, this class is designed especially for moms with pre-crawling babies. We’ll guide you through gentle yoga postures to help rebuild strength, release tension, and ease the postpartum transition, all while keeping your baby close and connected.

Held immediately after our Prenatal Yoga class, this is the perfect continuation of your journey into motherhood.

Bring your mat, a blanket for baby, and come as you are, crying, feeding, and snuggles are always welcome here!
