Yoga and Horses -- An afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation on the farm.

Join us for an afternoon of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga and Horses combines the amazing benefits of spending time with horses -- stress reduction along with mood boosting and the benefits of yoga -- decreasing inflammation and anxiety while boosting your immunity.

Gather for tea and a short meditation and time to engage with the animals.

Move into a gentle yoga session with standing poses as well as time on a horse with a bareback pad for a series of stretches and twists on horseback. Work with a partner to hold the horse for them and then change places so they can connect and stretch on the horse. We will finish with some stretching and closing breath on the ground.
Join with the group for a light meal and connection in the barn afterwards as well as time to walk the grounds and connect with the animals.

This is a ticketed event limited to 8 participants. Based on our horse sizes this event is limited to individuals who are 200 lbs or less. You must be able to get on and off the horse with limited support.
