Swimmer Solstice

Celebrate the Summer Solstice with a refreshing morning of movement, mindfulness, and open water fun!

Start your day with a 30-minute Sun Salutation session on the beach, followed by a swim course preview of the upcoming Dragon Trails Triathlon. The swim takes place in the beautiful waters of Tommy’s Lake, led by Aquatics Supervisor and all-state swimmer, David Kirtek.

DETAILS:
📍 Camp Agawam Beach
🌞Sun Salutations Start at 9:30 AM
💧Swim begins shortly after 10 AM

NOTE: please wear swimwear under your yoga gear or plan to change—restrooms are available onsite.

Wetsuits are optional – expected water temp is ~78°F
Don’t forget your swim cap, goggles, and towel!
