This Tuesday, take a step back in time with Ivy Dugas, award winning Cajun singer/songwriter, as he shares stories and songs from a lifetime in Louisiana’s vibrant music scene.

From the legendary Cajun nightclubs of the 1960s to today, Ivy brings decades of history, heart, and music to life along with a live performance highlighting the bands and sounds that shaped his career.

Tuesdays with Friends is a new weekly program hosted by Chris Miller and designed to bring the community together through live music, storytelling, and conversation. It is an intimate, laid-back series that feels like spending the evening with old friends. This program is set inside the Lake Area Music exhibition, bringing our local history to life.

Chris Miller, a local cajun music enthusiast, musician, and advocate, is a proud host and organizer of this series. Chris will lead each night with intentional conversation and questions, giving attendees a completely immersive experience.
