Free Community Breathwork with Kylie Welch

We're excited to welcome Kylie to Edgemont Healing Center!

She recently completed her Breathwork Teacher Training with Inner Alchemy Wellness and is now offering a free community breathwork class to share the healing power of the breath.

Class: Basics of Breathwork — Finding Calm & Safety in the Body
Kylie specializes in nervous system regulation through breath. Her approach is grounded in the neuroscience of calming the body and mind, forming the foundation for all the breath styles she teaches.

What to Expect:

~50 minutes of guided breathwork and instruction

~10 minutes of integration and reflection in a supportive circle

Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and your breath in community.

Come as you are—no experience necessary.
