Join the Edgemont Team for Free Community Yoga Classes every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. This is our gift to you — a way to share space, breathe deeply, and move together in the spirit of community and well-being.

Each week features a different style of yoga led by our talented instructors:
August 2nd – Yoga with Sara Johnson
August 9th - Yoga with Kristi Bult
August 16th – Refine & Align with Kelley Saucier (90 min.)
August 23rd – Yoga 101 with Kelley Saucier (90 min.)
August 30th - Breathwork with Kylie Welsh

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome. Come move, relax, and connect — we’d love to see you there!
