SONGWRITING CONTEST

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of original music and community vibes on June 17th hosted by Acadiana Talent and sponsored by Pink Trailer Productions! This lively event takes place at 207 Jefferson Street, right next to Jim Deggys Pizza and across from Reve Coffee Shop. Doors open at 6 PM. The music kicks off at 7 PM with our songwriting contest. We’ve got spots limited to just 10 contestants, so be sure to enter early—you get the chance to compete for a $100 prize, plus the $50 fan-favorite award voted on by the audience.

All ages and musical styles are welcome, celebrating the creativity of local songwriters who have poured their hearts into their original songs. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and can shop at Robin’s Paparazzi Jewelry pop-up before and after the show—most pieces are just $5.

Feel free to bring your own drinks, as this is a BYOB.

Parking is easy on the street and at the post office across from Jim Deggys, with free parking after 5 PM.
