Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and inner peace at our monthly Candlelight Soundbath, led by Megan of Heart Works. Bathed in the warm glow of candlelight, you'll be gently guided through a meditative sound journey using crystal bowls and other healing instruments to help release stress, balance your energy, and restore your spirit. 💫

Bring your comfort: yoga mat, blanket, and pillow — anything you need to feel cozy and supported as you relax into stillness. Space is limited, so arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
