Join Karen Holland for this bi-monthly Yoga and Reiki class. Unwind in this accessible, all-levels yoga class infused with the healing energy of Reiki. Move through a gentle, intuitive flow designed to support every body, with optional hands-on Reiki assists offered throughout. Expect deep relaxation, moments of magic, and a few surprise elements sprinkled in to spark joy and connection. Come as you are—leave feeling renewed.
