Healing through Donation Based Community Chakra Balancing. Class begins with sage or palo santo smudge and breathwork. We will spend some time deepening our understanding of the Chakra for that month. We will practice Meditation as well as Yoga, and class will end with a Sound Bowl Shavasana. All expressions will be in support of the Chakra for that month. This is a great opportunity to further our understanding of Energy and the Body. To practice various methods of working with each Chakra and to identify ways to grow and deepen our Healing.
This is a 7 Month Series, as we move through One Chakra Per Month. Each week will vary in content and experience, as we focus on Each Chakra, so please be encouraged to attend as many events as possible!

Doors Open at 6:45pm. Space is first come first serve. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are lovingly provided. *Practicing fairness to all, if you find you will be more than 10min late, kindly attend next time. *Please note Doors may or may not be Closed at 7:05pm.* In the loving spirit of self-care, kindly take into account the weather, and please dress comfortably.
