((Art Healing)) First Saturday Monthly - Donation Based

Healing through Donation Based Community Art. Class begins with a sage or palo santo smudge and breathwork. The theme for the month will be introduced and we will spend time expressing ourselves through various arts / crafts / painting / and other artistic expressions. Basic guidance may be provided however this class is meant to serve as a direct and loving opportunity to practice healthy and loving self-expression through your own unique perspectives. This is not a teaching lead art class, however, the supplies are lovingly provided. This class serves as a beautiful opportunity to express ones own inner artist. It serves as a space to relax and restore through artistic modes of expression. Healing is an Art, and in Art may we find Healing.

If you are not able to exchange, please do not let that keep you from attending.

Doors Open at 1:15 pm. *kindly wait until the previous group (sound healing) has ended* Space is first come first serve. Art Supplies are lovingly provided, and yoga mats, blankets and pillows are also available for sitting and comfort. *Practicing fairness to all, if you find you will be more than 10min late, kindly attend next time. *Please note Doors may or may not be Closed at 1:35pm*. In the loving spirit of self-care, kindly take into account the weather, and please dress comfortably.
