Expressive Dance for adults

Expressive Dance (#555024-147)

Release stress, relax and move your body in this expressive dance experience. This is a free-form style of dancing with guided introduction at the start, then dance how you feel to global beats and a variety of rhythms in this barefoot boogie. Adults 18+ only, no children please. Wear comfortable clothes for movement.
