This year's event is embracing the essence of community more than ever before. Expanding beyond the core fitness competition, and now including a diverse array of additional activities and wellness centric offerings. We recognise that while many individuals wish to engage in this annual gathering, not everyone may feel inclined to participate competitively. Therefore, we've curated an enriched program designed to foster inclusivity and cater to a wider spectrum of our community.

Whether you're an avid athlete seeking intense challenges or someone simply looking to unwind and explore wellness practices, there's something here for everyone. The best part is you have the choice to book one or more of the activities as you desire.
