This 2-hour immersive experience will help you soften the tension, release what’s weighing you down, and open space for more lightness, laughter, and genuine delight.

Gentle somatic release to clear stress from the body

Guided breathwork to regulate your nervous system

Space to connect with your inner self in peace

A deeply restful sound bath woven with meditation to invite joy into every cell

An optional tea time after to ground and share after your journey

Everything you need is provided. Just bring water, your beautiful self, and a willingness to receive.
