Spring Farm-to-Table Bounty

Join us at The Spice and Tea Exchange of Knoxville on Saturday, May 31st at 9am for a Spring Farm-To-Table Bounty Workshop! We will be guided by Chef & Artist Debbie Meritsky, of Master Repurposes & Eat My Granola, for an interactive and exciting morning as we start our class with a visit to the Market Square Farmer's Market!

Learn how to select the best local farmer's market finds, highlighting regenerative and organic farming methods in ingredient sourcing. You'll pick up some of these fresh ingredients and head back to the store. The fun begins when we add some of our locally blended spices and specially selected condiments to make that perfect meal!

Chef Debbie is classically trained at the New England culinary institute with over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry and sells her small-batch granola at the Farmer's Market.

Cost for the Farm-to-Table workshop is $75 per person. Please call the store at (865)985-0913 to reserve your spot. Max of 10 guests for this workshop. Class will last approximately 4 hours.
