🎨 Inside Out: Exploring Emotions Through Art 🧠

Join us for Inside Out: Exploring Emotions Through Art, a creative workshop where youth will use art, music, and guided reflection to explore their inner worlds and express what words sometimes can't. This event is designed to support emotional well-being, encourage self-awareness, and promote mental health through the healing power of creativity.

We’ll begin by introducing the project’s purpose, walking through key themes, and drawing inspiration from a reflective art guide. Through music and thoughtful prompts, participants will be invited to consider:

• What does support look like to you?
• What does it feel like when you’re at your best—and your lowest?
• What is your biggest hope for the future?

Facilitators will rotate among groups to offer encouragement and guidance as youth bring their thoughts and feelings to life on paper.

The workshop will conclude with small-group sharing and discussion, giving participants a chance to reflect on one another’s creations and explore how art can continue to serve as a tool for expression, connection, and emotional growth.

This is a space where creativity meets healing—and every voice matters.
