Join us for Sacred Waters, a restorative sound bath guided by the resonance of crystal and metal bowls, gong, and chimes This immersive sound experience invites deep rest, emotional release, and energetic reset.
As the moon waxes in Cancer, we move through a time of emotional replenishment and intuitive renewal. This sound bath offers space to gently gather your energy, calm the mind, and reconnect with your inner tides. Immerse yourself in a sound bath designed to feel like being washed in waves of vibration — no water needed, just healing resonance to soothe the emotional body.
• A grounding meditation to arrive in the body
• Immersive sound healing to support emotional and energetic release
• Gentle guidance to return you to your natural rhythm
• A peaceful atmosphere to rest, reflect, and restore
• Yoga mat, blanket, and pillows for comfort

This event is open to all and held in a spacious, welcoming environment.
Event starts at 7pm and runs until 8:30pm. Doors open at 6:30. It is ideal to arrive before the start time to secure your spot and get comfortable. Doors are closed at 7:00pm
