Full Moon Release & New Year Reset Sound Bath

This January Full Moon arrives at the perfect moment.

It is a luminous invitation to release the old year, shed what no longer fits, and create space for your 2026 intentions to take root.

Tonight’s sound bath is designed as a New Year energetic cleanse and lunar detox—a gentle but profound reset to help you move forward feeling clear, grounded, and aligned.

This 90-minute restorative experience includes:

✨ Grounding breathwork to arrive fully in your body
✨ Guided release practice aligned with the Full Moon
✨ A deep, immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes.
✨ Energetic cleansing through vibrational resonance
✨ Nervous system reset + emotional release
✨ Integration time to settle into the new frequency

The intention of this evening is to help you gently let go of stagnant patterns, stress, cluttered energy, and anything you do not want to bring into 2026—with softness, clarity, and ease.

You will leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and attuned to the New Year path ahead.

Please bring:

• a yoga mat
• blanket(s)
• pillow or bolster
• eye mask (optional)
• socks or slippers (the floor can be cool)
• water

Wear warm, comfortable layers. Most guests choose to lie down for the duration of the session.

Doors open at 6:30 PM.
The session begins promptly at 7:00 PM.

This is a private, closed-door event.
To ensure a peaceful container for all participants, doors will lock a few minutes after the start time.
Please plan to arrive early to settle in.

Free parking is available onsite.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another guest.
