Over the past year, the Rainbow Coalition of Waterloo Region (RCWR) has engaged in meaningful dialogue with 2SLGBTQIA+ community members through a series of community conversations, gathering insights, perspectives, and priorities to shape our collective future. Now, we invite you to join us for the culmination of this work—an event dedicated to unveiling our draft strategic plan.
Developed over the past year, this plan reflects the voices of our community, shaped through thoughtful consultation, guidance from Dumbo Octopus Consulting, and the support of Women and Gender Equality Canada. It ensures that RCWR moves forward in a way that reflects the needs and aspirations of those we serve.
