🚶‍♀️ Fancy a gentle walk, a friendly chat, and a cuppa at the end? Our weekly Health Walks in Nature are perfect for a little fresh-air motivation.

🌿 What to expect:
• Slow pace, short distance (around 3 km)
• Nature spotting along pre-planned routes
• Led by trained staff & volunteers

No booking needed - just check our website for meeting points and join in!

☕ Each walk finishes with a brew and a blether.
👟 Bring sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
👧 Children under 18 must come with an adult.
