Women's Health Walk

Our initial series of walks which ran from April to June were aimed at women approaching peri-menopause, or already experiencing menopausal symptoms. Joined by Wendy Dooner, medical herbalist, we shared experiences, and discovered simple, natural ways to support our wellbeing. Each walk ran for 45-60 minutes, always finishing with a brew and a biscuit!

We’re relaunching for Autumn, with a general focus on women’s health. Join us for our October walk, and bring your daughter, mum, granny, sister, friend, or any other female you think will benefit from some gentle exercise in good company!

Wendy is a medical herbalist, author, and plant spirit practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting women’s health through a unique blend of science, spirit, and traditional herbal wisdom. Specialising in health from midlife on, she helps women understand the physical changes of peri-menopause while exploring the deeper emotional and energetic shifts that come with this life stage.
