This is a self-care nurture and retreat day providing you with a space to come together with other sisters and be held in a space of unconditional love, acceptance and peace. A space to let go of the outside world responsibilities and roles and just be with yourself - your inner essence and just BE. There will be a gentle flow to the day - and the container can act as a portal for deep transformation and embodiment.
We are approaching the end of summer and preparing to move inwards with the changing seasons .. this day will be an opportunity to give thanks and gratitude for our harvest.. all that is current in our lives and that we have manifest .. our abundance as we let go and move inwards towards our souls light ..We celebrate inner peace acceptance and self compassion . The day is your opportunity to really tune in with yourself and learn to listen to your body and give yourself what you need.
We will start the with day with a somatic body release and breath work to get us really present, in our bodies and connected to the Earth.. and as we come into circle I will facilitate a Despacho - gratitude prayer Ceremony - which is a beautiful way to come together and be in sacred reciprocity - Ayni - we have the gift of life and through offering our prayers and intentions and creating a beautiful prayer bundle offering seeds rice flowers sweets we honour and give thanks this life.
We will share a beautiful Cacao Ceremony (raw chocolate) -which a heart opening - using a breathwork and drum beat practice to connect with our heart and drop even deeper into our sacred space and inner world through a womb communion connect to our root and inner voice. . we will work with this gentle plant medicine in reverence to open us to the beauty of ourselves, to love and connect with our inner essence beyond roles and responsibilities.
There will be an invitation to share in a sound practice-voice activation- activating our inner wild - activating deep primal sounds from within - with the shruti box and crystal bowls.- no experience required - an opportunity to free your voice and throat chakra and sing with other sisters- best medicine!!
PLenty of opportunity to journal and reflect through out the day
We will break for a shared lunch x
After lunch there will be a gentle restorative yin based yoga practice - no experience required... where we allow ourselves to get into stillness - into the fascia and connective tissue where many emotions are stored and be with what arises and tapping into the vagus nerve to reset our nervous systems at a deep level -knowing we making space to receive cosmic vibrations as the day continues. we will journey through the energetic centres and work with the rainbow rays- Poqpos in Andean culture and awaken and connect with the elements within . and come back to our connection/ communion with our womb space as our place of all creation -
This will lead gently into an ecstatic awakening dance led by Marcelina - that will give us space to free up and dance ourselves into our own awakening of energy and expression- (note - you do you - you may want to dance - or you may want to lay still and journey inwardly on your nest and all is welcome - there will be an amazing playlist for you to journey with and whatever you need on the day is right for you and perfect...
Then we will lay down - get as cosy as possible- blankets cushion - please be generous with yourselves - and receive a cosmic vibration sound bath - clearing any old patterns thoughts and behaviours that no longer serve you and welcoming in the energy of the year for turning inwards .
For those that wish to partake in a rebozo wrap please bring a sarong or wide scarf =- I have about 9 - which we wrap around our womb and sacral area as we journey with the sound.. it acts as a deep rebirth - closing our bones helping our body and womb to reclaim energy and restore soul aspects at a deep level - we will call on the the crystal condor to help us reclaim lost fragmented parts of self - from past experieynces/ lives so we awaken feeling a new version of ourselves .
To end the day - weather permitting we will have a fire outside in the garden area and burn the despacho and share songs x
There will be time throughout the day for some quiet time to journal and reflect / or just lay in quiet and integrate into physical body .
Please bring some vege food- labelled to share at lunch- self nurture and sharing practice. dont over think - trust and there is always the right combination of food. I recommend light food as we will dance after lunch
