Earl Shilton Annual Town Show Event!
Saturday 6th September 2025.
Town show entries: 11am -12pm
Public Access: 1pm - 4pm
Location: AGE UK, Kings Walk, Earl Shilton

Cream tea must be prebooked.
You can either enter through the entry form link or via entry forms which are available from the council office.
Rules:
Only residents, group members or employees within Earl Shilton, Barwell and Elmesthorpe are eligible to enter.
Entry fee is 20p per entry (children’s classes are free) Entry fee to be paid on day before staging.
Maximum of two entries per class but enter as many classes as you wish.
Entry forms to be preferably received no later than noon Wednesday 3rd September 2025 (by website, post, email or person). Entry forms available on the Earl Shilton Town Council website and office.
Exhibits not previously entered may not be accepted on the day.
Craft entries must not have been exhibited previously.
Exhibit entries to be submitted and staged between 11.00am and 12.00 noon on the day (no earlier or later please)
Judging to take place from 12.00 noon to 1.00pm
Judges decision is final.
Free public viewing between 1.00pm and 4.00pm
No exhibits or prize cards to be removed before 4.00pm
Prizes may be collected between 4pm and 4.30pm
Any exhibits not removed by 4.30pm may be bought for a donation to charity.
Exhibitors to provide own plates, ceramics, vases and staging equipment at own risk
